Terms & Conditions

All items are made to order and we aim to fulfill orders within one calendar month of receipt. We accept the return of any goods in perfect condition up to 28 days after our posting date.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and insure all parcels.
UK addresses, recieve FREE delivery.
EU addresses will be charged a shipping fee of £7.50 (GBP) per garment.
USA addresses will be charged a shipping fee of £10.00 (GBP) per garment.

Payment

Quernstone Knitwear accepts payment online through Google Checkout. Google Checkout provides a fast, safe and convenient way to shop online. VAT and Shipping charges are applied in the checkout phase of the transaction, but a non-VAT and VAT price are displayed on each product web page for your convenience.

As VAT is calculated in the Google checkout phase, VAT prices shown on www.quernstone.co.uk are an estimate only. We do not charge VAT on delivery costs.

Sizing & Quality

We design and make one size garments. We use a British silk and lambswool mix yarn in our unique range of colours and everything is hand framed and finished by a small group of women in Orkney.

Length guide

Short garments: length 21"
Medium garments: length 24"
Long garments: length 27"
